Here we are…already into November.  These winter months are going to fly by.  Especially with the run up to F1 weekend, National Day, then the winter holidays.  The next few weeks may seem like a blur. There is so much going on in Abu Dhabi!  With this lovely weather, we hope that you are making your way outdoor.  We have been enjoying the beaches and the parks.  With your busy schedule we have compiled a list of events that we think are worth going to.

Yalla laughs logoNovember 3: Little Birdie Pop Up Market @ Jones Raha Plaza.  As if we need an excuse to go to Jones. We haven’t been but will be checking this one out. Word has gotten back to us that it is amazing.  Support local small business!  8:30 – 1:30 pm at Jones Raha Plaza.

Yalla Laughs – Get ready to laugh for a night full of laughs with Abu Dhabi’s only comedy club.  FREE Event.  Happening at Vertical Wine Bar in the Downtown Ramada 8:00 – 11:00pm.  For more info check out www.yallalaughs.com.

November 4: So Chic Abu Dhabi This looks interesting.  A unique popup shop popular in Dubai is heading to Abu Dhabi.  Promising pre loved fashion and designer goods and accessories for women, this seem like a must on the calendar.  Happening all day up at Yas Marina.  It starts at 9 am and end at 10pm.

November 5:  Taste of Abu Dhabi.  If you went to this event last year, you know that it is well worth putting in your calendar this month.  A weekend full of trying different dishes from various restaurants.  I am still thinking about the delicious samosas I had last year from Ushna.  Taste of Abu Dhabi is taking place from 5-7 November.  For more info www.tasteabudhabi.com

November 6: Work from Anywhere Lifestyle Design Master Class.  Brought to you by My Chi Journey and Business in Heels, this master class will be lead by Gail Gibson, author and business performance coach and My Chi Journey founder Michael Didhal.  Learn to create the life you want.  Gain insight on what changes you can make to lead a happier and more rewarding life.  Happening at St. Regis Corniche 10am – 3pm.  For tickets: click here.

Be youNovember 7: Men, Women and Relationships.  Another fantastic course brought to you by Be You International.  Learn how to take your relationship to the next level.  Happening at Melius, Masdar City, 6:30 – 8:00pm, 150 AED per person.

Ripe Market at Mushrif park – Our favourite outdoor market returns to Mushrif park EVERY Saturday evening from 4-9 pm.  Make an evening outing of it.  Bring a picnic, have a browse through the market, and relax at Mushrif park as the children play.   Great place to end the weekend.

November 10: Jet Ski Adventure.  The Housewives are hitting the waves with Sea Biker Jet Ski and Boat Rental for a morning of jet ski fun.  For reservations please email realhousewivesofad@gmail.com.  Limited Availability.

November 12: Abu Dhabi Science Fair. This year the Abu Dhabi Science Fair returns but in a new location in Mushrif Central Park.  This event is happening from the 12-22 November.  It is going to be a full house so if you haven’t got your tickets, you better get them as spots in the workshops fill up quickly.  Guaranteed to be educational and fun for the entire family.  For more info, check out www.abudhabisciencefestival.ae.

Op Smile Craft fairNovember 14: Al Bahya Sanctuary Open Day.  The family had a blast at October’s Open Day (Afternoon at Bahya Sanctuary).  It is a great way to end the weekend visiting Abu Dhabi’s first animal sanctuary. Remember to bring to some pet food.  For more details click here.

November 16: Operation Smile Craft Market.  Come check out this mini market consisting of 16 different vendors.  Happening from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at Smile Cafe. For more info email info@operationsmileuae.ae

November 19:  Yasalam Events begin.  There is so much going on in the run up to F1 Weekend.  Concerts, Beats on the beach, art show, a parade. Lots of great family activities planned.  We will be down on the Corniche trying out the Get Driver Fit Obstacle course.  For a full schedule of events, www.yasalam.ae.

November 20:  Abu Dhabi Striders 10K and Half Marathon.  This event is full.  We got our tickets before it sold out.  Who is joining us on the course?

November 25:  Al Zeina Pop Up Market.  Looking for unique Christmas gifts.  Check out the Pop Up Market happening in the Waitrose Arcade 9:30am – 7:30 pm.

November 27:  Start of the F1 Weekend.  Concerts, parties, and fun all around.  Even if you are not a F1 fan, you can still enjoy some of the festivities. If there is anyone having a boat party – send through an invite!
